how are you guys watching these? PC? Wii? Other?
I mainly use my Panasonic Blu-ray Disc player. its hard cabled to my network.
mainy to get the HD quality to my TV. they have a section of just HD shows you can stream.
also I've seen more shows becoming CC capable on the PC than the other ways.

Well to be perfectly honest, I use usenet to download media. All of the TV shows I watch are automagically downloaded. I have a program that runs a 10 minute check on an RSS feed that watches for certain keywords. When the keywords are hit a .nzb file is downloaded from the feed to a folder on my PC. That folder is in turn watched by another program that runs the .nzb, which causes the rar'ed files to be downloaded/unzipped. Those files are moved to another folder. That folder is synced with a HDD on my network (on an hourly basis) that is connected to my WDTV media center which is connected to my TV. It sounds a bit complex, but the upside is that for $10 a month I can watch anything I want and it is ready to go when i want it, no streaming involved. My WDTV also has netflix as a content channel, as does my Wii but I download instead since there are no issues with streaming/video quality involved.

I also have a 50mbps up/down connection at home now which helps with the downloading.

I just have a 500GB HDD attached to the WDTV. I delete stuff from it periodically, not really big into archiving stuff anyway. I also have 1.5TB for storage in my main PC which I just updated for the first time in 5 years. Prepare for the glory of my new specs:

CoolerMaster HAF932 full tower case with 3x 230mm fans
Biostar ta890fxe mobo
AMD 6 core CPU overclocked to 4 Ghz per core
CoolerMaster Hyper 212 CPU cooler
16GB RAM
700W OCZ modular PSU
2 x MSI HD 5770 Hawk video cards in crossfire

I can play minesweeper... fast.
