Installation Instructions

1. Unrar the archive

2. Copy the .rsm (MapFile) and the .ini (Initialization File)

3. Paste into (wherever u have the game installed)

RainbowSix3Gold(orRavenShield)\maps

4. Copy the .tpt (TerroristTemplate) file

5. Paste the .tpt files into RainbowSix3Gold(orRavenShield)\template

6. Copy the .utx (TextureFile) file

5. Paste the .utx files into RainbowSix3Gold(orRavenShield)\textures

7. Copy the .usx (StaticMeshFile) file

8. Paste the .usx files into RainbowSix3Gold(orRavenShield)\staticmeshes

Looks TOOOOOOOOOOOOOO cool! If someone made a hockey gasmask for terros, it must be better for these maps lol

I'm so sorry that I do not have enough time to test these conversions this week :-(

Hey Spec, if you learn about bullet impact setting and R6InteractiveObject from HeavyMetal's maps or fodder's maps, your maps must be much better than before. Abandoned Glass Factory is Heavy's first map ever, but he already knew about these setting and objects well...

Hey Teq once ive built the maps gonna do little tweaks here and there :)
ah i avoid interactiveobjects they always shift and go where i dont want them used to use them alot just end up wasting time fixing em

bullet impact setting is this in materials ? Ive forgot to add them to custom textures my bad kinda more on conversions and add tweaks later Ill check out heavys Abandoned Glass Factory as a standard once i have the 4 maps built

Yep its a conversion and yes I built them cant copy and paste everything from swat 4 without crashing or errors

Every Brush from SWAT 4 , and static meshes , and textures have to be converted to work with raven shield shield which takes a few days in its self as dx3 and dx5 images crash raven shield editor so they have to be EXPORTED SWAT4> compressed in PSP9 > imported TO RVS > exported AS TGA > and re-imported so they RGB then convert each image back to dx1 yadada


So I have resized / rebuilt / re-textured everything what ever you copy from swat 4 will not work with rvs editor they are 2 different build versions.
